At Stronger Body Group Fitness in Post Avenue, Westbury, NY, our personal training sessions are exciting, high-energy workouts, and they’re only 30 minutes long — meaning you’ll be challenged with a vigorous workout and we make every minute count.

We are here to help you achieve results because it is personal.  We accomplish this by having knowledgeable, friendly coaches training in the most positive environment utilizing the most dynamic workouts & hand selected equipment — all in a clean, safe & highly motivational space.
